Ingredients (4 servings):
0.5 lb (250 g) Chicken Breast
2 tbs Jerk Up Tings Pineapple
1/2 Red Pepper
2 tbs Olive oil
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Pineapple Rings
STEP 1. Marinate the chicken for about 30 mins.
STEP 2. Medium cut onion, medium cut red pepper, dice tomato, dice avocado, and thinly cut garlic.
STEP 3. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil for 2-3 mins or until soft, and then add red pepper. Cook for about 5 mins, then remove from stove and add to bowl.
STEP 4. Pan fry chicken in olive oil.
STEP 5. Remove from oil and slice into strips or desired cuts.
STEP 6. Follow tortillas heating instructions.
STEP 7. Plate and combine with desired amount of fillings and enjoy!
